Amber waves of wheat
As far as one’s eye may see
Cause us all to marvel
At the bounty here that be.

From these untold acres
Largess bestows us all.
A single grain of wheat
Is yet the world’s arsenal.

How huge the bounty
That grows from an only seed.
Farmers feed the masses
And their everlasting need.

They do it with a smile.
How huge, their accomplishment
They are but a blessing,
And truly Heaven sent.
